The Research For Corporate Social Responsibility And Evaluation System

China entered a decisive stage of building a moderately prosperous society and faced withincreasing resource constraints, severe environmental pollution and a deteriorating ecosystem, so theeighteen Party Congress Report has raised ecological civilization, beautiful country, and lasting andsustainable development of the Chinese nation. This is a benchmark, which means “Beautiful China”on the premise is that “Responsible China.” Enterprise as a group of most economic force in society,in order to undertake effectively the structural theory of “Beautiful China”, they must take theinitiative action to take corporate social responsibility (hereinafter referred to briefly as CSR)positively. Single economic responsibility has been unable load the whole nation’s dreams and hopes,therefore enterprise need take CSR from the multidimensional objectives in the economy, the societyand environment. The iron and steel industry always known as “food industry”, which is pillarindustry of China’s nation economy, and it is vital to the national welfare and the people’s livelihood,which is an irreplaceable role in our modern development of industry. Thus the structure of CSR indexsystem is conductive to the iron and steel enterprise, which is good for guiding and encouraging themto take CSR actively, in addition, it achieving their all-round coordinated and sustainable developmentof enterprise and society.This article first reviews and researches the domestic and foreign literature that related to CSR,sorts the representative theories and dimension of CSR and presents the definition and concept of it.Secondly, it analyzes the development status, existing problems, present situation of undertaking CSR,the external environment and internal driven of fulfilling CSR and the content of the CSR of iron andsteel enterprise based on Stakeholder Theory. It has constructed CSR theory model of the iron andsteel enterprise on this basis, constructing CSR appraisal system of the iron and steel enterprise basedon that theory model, Triple Bottom Line and Stakeholder Theory, adopting Dynamic Weight andAHP to give the weight of that appraisal system. At last, this paper applies empirical method toanalyze the iron and steel enterprise according to the appraisal system and the weight, moreover, itraises the existing problems in the process of CSR, taking measures to improve and enhance CSR ofthe iron and steel enterprise.
