Study Of County Government Investment Project Management Mechanism

The District or County government investment projects is the basic level of publicconstruction projects, so they are also the main way of society service and management.Currently, project investments are becoming more and more standardized and rigorous,from the central to local government. But relatively speaking, provincial and municipalgovernment investment projects management is more professional and standardized, but for District or County government,it is absolutely anther state because of the lack of professionals,the low professional staff quality and corresponding management mechanisms problem.There are mainly two reasons,one is the political system, anther is government investment projects management mechanisms. From2009to2013, T County havemade a greater exploration aim at government investment project management mechanism. In2010,the next government begin their mission, we can find that with the different mechanisms of project investment management,they have resulted absolutely differentissues, with Multi-faceted,exploratory, universality and typical features. Therefore, themanagement mechanism of investment projects in the T county of Chongqing has a strong analysis value for the mechanisms of government investment research, at the same time,this research will benefit the mechanism of government investment,the improvement of basic level government administrative efficiency and social and economic benefitsof government investment projects. As a supplement of county government investmentproject management mechanisms to proceed, the research methods included literature review, interviews study, comparative analysis.According to the analysis of the current government investment project management theory and management,find the defect of the government investment projects of the the District or County in Chongqing.accordingto the study of T county case,this paper analyzed the result and the reason of the government investment project management defect existence,finally,the paper improved the management mechanisms of government investment project.
