As a guarantee of successful strategy transition, the management of HR is also facedwith transformation and change. New issues are exposed such as how to establish a HRsystem and cultivate talents that adapt to the transformation. After nearly a century ofdevelopment, HR has evolved from primitively simple mechanical personnelmanagement to today’s high-level strategic human resources management which alsoinfluences the enterprise overall situation. What’s more, the relative theories are graduallymature, providing a scientific theoretical support for the HR management during strategytransition.For the above reasons, I take CTK Company as a research object and use MBAtheoretical knowledge, especially the theory of modern enterprise administration toanalyze the transform of enterprise human resource management mechanism duringstrategy transition.In this paper, I firstly state the background, the significance, methods, ideas and theframework of the project and then summarize plenty of relative theoretical basis.Secondly, by deeply analyzing and expounding the whole HR management system ofCTK, I try to optimize their human resources management mechanism reform program.At last, I propose some countermeasures as well as suggestions for its improvement,which aims to promote the strategy transition of CTK so that it can go smoothly and alsomake some favorable contributions to sound development of enterprises. |
