Nowadays, the globalize competition of human resources is so intense, enterprises, particularly the private enterprises extremely hope they can maintain the enough superiority of able staffs, however, as these enterprises paid insufficient attention to the human resources management and it causes a lot of problems. Due to lacks of thescientific and logical human resources strategy plan, it finally makes the serious problem of brain drained. This paper uses the theories of the human resources strategy plan for reference, through ways of the Real Diagnosis Research, the Case Research and the Inquisition Method, it found out the present situation and discovered many problems of the human resources management of X Company. The paper deeply analyzed the questions of X Company through investigation and visit methods, identify that the root of the problem for the company's human resources management has two reasons:First, over the years, the company's top leaders paid less attentions to human resources management, from the upper leaders to the lower leaders in the company did not manage human resources as an important business priority. Second, X Company is lack of scientific and rational human resources strategic planning.The second reason is the key reason for the current staff fluidity and the serious brain drain of the X Company. This paper take the way of Staff Supply and Demand Forecasts of human resource planning as reference, it combined the strategic development model and strategic goals of the X company, predicted the human resources supply and demand situation of the X Company in the next three years. In addition, the paper uses different forecasting methods for different personnel, which makes it more accuracy and close to the actual situation of X Company. Based on the forecast of supply and demand of human resources, the paper develops the overall human resources planning and business planning programs of X Company.Through the research of the strategic human resources planning of X Company, on the one hand, the paper provides a strong insurance of X Company human resources that can realize its strategic target; on the other hand, it helps the human resources management of the X Company to be standardization. Meanwhile, it is a reference for the human resources management and planning of other private enterprises.
