Under the existing system, EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) enables enterprises to improve enterprise collaboration and adaptability of the system, optimize business processes and management systems, reducing operational cost and system risk, maximize the value of data mining. Petroleum & Petrochemical EAI project is not for the specific functional requirements of Petroleum & Petrochemical enterprise applications. This paper based on a Petroleum & Petrochemical enterprise data integration project, Analyse the character of Petroleum & Petrochemical EAI project, Building project management method of Petroleum & Petrochemical EAI project based on the microsoft solution MSF, and analyzed the management effects.
