Research On Multi-project Management System Of Petroleum & Petrochemical Construction

Huabei Petroleum Engineering Construction co.,ltd(HPEC) is taken as an example. We are analyzing the exterior environment of the petroleum & petrochemical construction enterprises, the present conditions of the project management and the requirements of the multi-project management ,putting forward establish the project-oriented organization structure for the multi-project management model.Combining the informatization construction of the enterprise, we try to design a total management platform(system) to carry out multi-project managements, with the company E-MIS network system as the foundation platform, build up a enterprise standardization platform, a system management control platform and a project management remote calling center ,to resolve the problems of the enterprise standardization managements, the problems of the management and control of systems and the ones of the project technique services, set up a wonderful platform of the multi-project management. On the base of building up the frame of the enterprise multi-project management systems, we carried on the structure designs of the enterprise multi-project management system and the function designs of the project human resource, equipments resources, technique resources, the market development management, the file data management and the process management. The detailed programming of the establishment and management for the remote calling center system of PM is implemented.According to the researches of the enterprise multi-project management system ,the new attempt for the petroleum & petrochemical construction enterprises to carry on the multi-project managements is provided.
