Research On South Korea Free Treade Area Of Development

In today’s world, economic globalization and regional economic integration trendscontinue to strengthen, to the FTA as the representative form of regional integration hasbecome the development trend of international trade after the introduction of the WTO,regionalism, anti more growing trend. This study is based on the Korea Free Trade Areaof the fact that the continuous development of normative analysis method to establishthe significance of the free trade zone in the world are described in detail, the selectioncriteria on the basic theory, established by the FTA member countries a detailed analysisof the significance and economic effects both at the same time under the guidance of thespecific theory from the free trade zone established, the use of double-sided gametheory analysis of the strength of the FTA Korea has been and is actively establishedand shortcomings for the South Korean FTA put forward recommendations to furtherimprove the Korea FTA. Throughout the conclusions of the analysis: analysis of FTAnegotiation theory is most applicable to Pareto optimality theory and two-sided gametheory, selected FTA members, in addition to considering the country’s economicdevelopment, but also consider members of political stability, economiccomplementarily, economies of scale, and cultural integration of other factors; found inthe analysis of South Korea FTA instance, joined the FTA on Korea’s economicdevelopment advantages outweigh the disadvantages, while South Korea should focuson strengthening with China the pace of the FTA, so that not only the country’seconomic development, more conducive to Asia’s economic and political stability;improve the Korea FTA in a comprehensive study to promote the specific considerationof elements on the basis of the FTA, and deepen the development of South Korea FTA,and mainly from the investment aspects of the environment, infrastructure, structuraladjustment further improve the process of the FTA to promote.
