Lean Six Sigma Application On Product Package Quality Improvment

With the cost of production increased, the profits of product declining. In such agrim situation, the product quality becomes very important. The quality decrease notonly affects the cost, it also affects the customer’s overall impression of the company.This paper describes the Lean Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma production superiorityand its significance, and how to use its management methods. By collecting the actualcards defect data, usage the chi-square test of independence, the main reason of thedefect can be identified as the card container. In order to improve the quality, save thecost of the product, modifying the card container is a good solution. Finally, use thecontrol process to control this improvement.
