At present,with the comprehensive rise of railway engineering construction,the competition in railway engineering market is also intensifying,and the risk management of railway engineering projects attracts more and more researchers’ attention,which becomes the focus of modern project management research.Project risk management is the key to the success of the project and the important factors influencing the future project management core competitiveness.Now the railway engineering project is still faced with many risk management problems.Based on the status quo of China’s railway engineering project risk management,the main purpose of this research is through conducting a study of actual value and obtaining instructive research results to provide theoretical basis and practical basis for the construction of railway engineering project risk management,crack problems of railway engineering project risk better and promote railway workers in China.Faced with the sophisticated nature and human social environment,railway engineering projects construction with long construction period,big investment scale,multiple links,many participating departments,is a large production consumption process and prone to lead to the loss of engineering project risk.This research mainly adopts methods including literature research method,Delphi questionnaire survey method,analytic hierarchy process,risk coordinate map method,fuzzy comprehensive analysis method.This paper expounds the process of railway project risk management from five aspects of project risk identification,estimation,evaluation,response and monitoring.The main results of this study is combining achievements of modern risk management theory at home and abroad with the reality of LN high-speed railway project,establishing the risk identification index system of LN high-speed railway project,obtaining the specific risk factors of LN high-speed railway project and the judgment of the overall risk level of the project,putting forward LN high-speed railway project risk response measures,establishing the risk monitoring system of LN high-speed railway project,and putting forward some valuable suggestions to ensure the high quality implementation of the project.This research results will also help to promote the risk management of railway engineering project construction.The main innovation of this study is:first of all,the case selection is typical.LN area has complex topography,and its construction risk management represents the industry level;Secondly,the research results have strong guidance.This study has formed a relatively complete,reliable,systematic and scientific index system,which provides a basis and reference for the risk identification,estimation,evaluation,response and monitoring of railway engineering projects,especially high-speed railway projects in the future.In conclusion,through the theory of project risk management system,the author uses a variety of scientific methods and the case of LN the high-speed rail project risk management.then the feasible solutions to the railway engineering project risk problem are put forward,which have both theoretical significances and more practical significances.
