As the boom of smart phone,tablet PC and other consumer electronic equipments,the capacities of these equipments are bigger and bigger.But consumers hope the charging time should be shorter.Then power management integrated circuit(PMIC)with quick charge function appeared.PMIC has renewed frequently since first generation product in recent years.And there are many kinds of quick charge protocols in PMIC field.Without good project management,it's very risky to develop these kinds of products.This dissertation takes S project as an example.Market risk,technique risk and management risk are recognized as the first-level risk factors by Delphi method.Every first-level risk factor has several second-level risk factors.Then all the risk factors are analyzed qualitatively.The dissertation analyzed the reason,probability,and consequences of these risks.Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method is adopted to compute and analyzed the risks quantitatively and we get the weight of all first-level risk factors and second-level risk factors.All risks are sorted by weight.Next fuzzy comprehensive analysis method combined expert's opinion is used to calculate the total risk of S project.Finally we issued the specific countermeasures against the recognized risks.
