Research On Risk Management Of A Hotel Development Project

With the development of China's tourism development industry,the related projects began to build up,Project will have on the risk,especially the project has owe mature in technology and quality control is difficult to guarantee,safety measures do not reach the designated position,the economic environment uncertainty,such as risk,once the risk can't be controlled effectively,the whole project is likely to fail,if the increase in the process of construction project risk management,make the project from the passive management to active control,it is possible to avoid project failure.The purpose of this paper is to apply risk management related theory and technology,forecast A hotel project risk identification,evaluation,monitoring,so as to achieve the aim of A hotel risk-averse completed smoothly.This paper studies A hotel development project as the research object,and studies the ideas from theory learning to method application to practical example.Firstly,the research background,purpose and significance and project overview are introduced,and the technical route and main research contents are determined.Then introduces the related theory of risk management,respectively to the basic theory of risk management,risk management link,principle of tourism development project risk management,and make a detailed discussion on the research status at home and abroad.Secondly,based on the theory of project risk management,using the brainstorming method is used to identify the risk prediction for A hotel development projects,to find A hotel development of the main risk,and summarized the classification.Thirdly,risk assessment and analysis of identified risk sources were carried out,and the risk assessment results of the project were obtained by means of analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method.Finally,combining the reality of A hotel,is put forward for A hotel risk monitoring and deal with method,makes every effort to minimize risk probability and loss rate,to ensure smooth completion of this project,to achieve the purpose of prospective investments.This article is based on the study of the theory of project risk management is classical,apply it to A hotel on the risk analysis,summed up the suitable tourist class experience and method of project risk management,as A kind for risk management research provide reference and reference.
