There have been many different perspectives in the academic field aboutthe relationship between organizational innovation and performance based ondifferent levels, while there are still few studies on the relationship betweenorganizational creativity and performance. The major purpose of thisempirical study is to determine the factors influencing organizationalcreativity, and how these factors have impacts on organizational performance.The establishment of high-tech zone plays an important role in obtainingworld-level advanced technologies, accelerating the regional economic growth, promoting the development of science and technology industries andincreasing employment. Generally, high-tech zones are more active andcreative, which can be reflected by their organizational performance.Therefore, this study is based on organizational level and takes Y high-techzone as the sample, which is developing fast in the last decade. Throughreviewing the past researches and theories on creativity, innovation andorganizational performance, using the questionnaires and building theresearch model, hypotheses are proposed. Besides, SPSS21and AMOS18are used for validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, correlationanalysis and regression analysis. This empirical study has reached thefollowing conclusions:(1) Factors influencing high-tech enterprises’ organizational creativitycan be summarized as employee creativity, team creativity, innovationleadership, innovative culture, innovation-focused human resourcemanagement practices and entrepreneurial orientation.(2) Employee creativity, team creativity, innovation leadership,innovative culture, innovation-focused human resource managementpractices and entrepreneurial orientation all have positive effects onorganizational innovation performance.(3) Innovation leadership, innovative culture, innovation-focused human resource management practices and entrepreneurial orientation have positiveeffects on financial performance.(4) Employee creativity and team creativity do not have positive effectson financial performance.
