With the progressing of science and technology, technological innovation receives more and more attention. High-tech enterprises as the major force of innovation should pay more attention to technological innovation performance. At the same time, the influence of organizational learning on technological innovation has become a focus of the Academia and the business community. Given the above background, this paper studies the relationship between organizational learning within high-tech enterprises and technological innovation performance and also throws some light on the influences of knowledge stock on that relationship.This paper sorts out theories of organizational learning, technological innovation performance, knowledge stock and the relationship between technological innovation performance and organizational learning, providing a theoretical foundation for variable dimensions division and theoretical relationship assumptions. This paper raises relevant assumptions based on an analysis of the relationship between organizational learning and technological innovation performance. Since the influences of organizational learning on technical innovation performance lies in the transformation of knowledge, and effective knowledge stock is closely related to the transformation of enterprise knowledge, so this paper analyses the moderating effect of knowledge stock on organizational learning and technological innovation performance, and puts forward a hypothesis.According to the study, organizational learning and technological innovation performance of high-tech enterprises are positively correlated in that different dimensions of organizational learning differ in the strength of their influences on different dimensions of technological innovation performance, and have all passed the hypothesis testing. The paper discusses the moderating effect of knowledge stock, namely, knowledge stock can influence the relationship between organizational learning and technological innovation performance of high-tech enterprises, and in particular, it can effectively promote the relationship between exploitation organizational learning and product innovation performance, the relationship between exploration-oriented organizational learning and product innovation performance as well as the relationship between exploration organizational learning and process innovation performance. Meanwhile, this paper analyses and explains the invalid assumption of the moderating effect. All of the above provides relevant advice on how to improve technological innovation performance for high-tech enterprises so as to help them effectively improve the situation and performance of technological innovation.
