It is always the aim of theoretical and professional circles to pursue thebetter innovation abilities and performances. According to the foreign research,organizational innovation climate puts strong influence on the innovation abilities ofbusinesses. Majority of researchers think that innovation comes from the organizationalinnovation climate, where the individuals become to realize the needs, opportunities andefforts of innovation. It is said that organizational innovation climate has positive ornegative effects on the practice of innovation. So, this research talks mainly about theinfluence mechanism of organizational innovation climate on organizational innovationperformance.The theoretical analysis and empirical study will be mixed. The theoretical analysiswill emphasize the organizational innovation climate&its influencing factors,organizational innovation performance and its valuing system and so on. While theempirical study will be used to investigate the types of enterprise organizational innovationclimate and the facts of organizational innovation performance based on questionnaires ofsome enterprises researchers in Zhengzhou high-tech zone, and then to reveal theinfluencing factors&their effects system of the related organizational innovation climatebased on the results of questionnaires.On the basis of studying materials, this paper has set up the influencing system oforganizational innovation climate on innovation performance with introducing theindividual innovation as the intervening variable. The research shows that organizationalinnovation climate has a clear positive correlation with individual innovation. Theorganizations of different innovation climates have clearly different innovationperformances. The further study finds that factors of organizational innovation climate havedifferent influences from one to the other, but the autonomy of job&its situation has thestrongest influence on innovation performance.
