Study On Policies Of Internationalization For High-tech Enterprises In Haidian Science Park

In order to adapt to a new round of global scientific and technological revolution andnew trends in industrial change, Implement the national strategy of innovation-drivendevelopment, build Beijing into a technology innovation centre with global influence, givebetter play to the Haidian Science Park model leading role in technological innovation,accelerating the internationalization development of Haidian Science Park, improveinternational competitiveness of enterprises, it is necessary to study on enterpriseinternationalization policies in Haidian Science Park.Research includes the following:Firstly, we show the present situation, features and problems of internationalizationwhich enterprises from Haidian Science Park are processing. Secondly, we discussed theexisting policies and its deficiencies. The third part sowed the reference of domestic andforeign experience of internationalization. Fourthly, we give our opinions of policies aboutinternationalization. The last chapter is conclusions. We use questionnaire survey, literatureretrieval and reference, the typical enterprise in-depth interview, comparison and induction,and the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis research methods.First of all, the paper defined main concept:"science and technology enterprise" and"internationalization of enterprises". Then, we analyzed the present situation, features,problems and difficulties of science and technology enterprise’s internationalization fromHaidian district.The study shows that, the internationalization of Haidian Science and Technology parkenterprise developed with good foundation, but international level is uneven, most ofgrowing enterprise in the early stages of internationalization... According to the path andmodel of the internationalization, the mainly way is exports, followed by technologytransfer, once again, international research cooperation. There is a large gap in coretechnologies internationalization as an advanced stage of enterprise internationalization.Haidian sci-tech enterprises international development level is uneven. There is a big gap.Enterprise internationalization development is restricted by factors like technologyresearch, talent, capital and financing, business risk management issues and technical tradebarriers and other constraints of the host country. Haidian Science Park has gained some experience in supporting enterpriseinternationalization, including setting up science and technology enterprises going global"one-stop-service" platform, setting up special funds for the development of enterpriseinternationalization, the introduction of high-end talents. But compared with developedcountries to support the internationalization of science and technology development,Haidian Science Park still have to make effort to catch up with them, such as building aninternational network, establishing venture capital funds, promoting the internationalizationof enterprise’s core technology development, free flow of top talent and internationaldevelopment environment and other aspects. Finally, the paper presented detailed policyproposals to support enterprise internationalization, such as the promotion of enterprisetechnology international collaborative innovation, internationalization team gathering oftalent, international market expanding, international business risk prevention, aninternational environment and other aspects.
