By analysis of the practical cases according to the relevant theory of performanceappraisal, investment and the actual situation in China on X evaluation, and puts forward theinvestment assessment and optimization of X area, explore the mechanism of long-termmanagement of investment performance appraisal of the government.Through the collection of domestic and local government related work about performanceappraisal and research results, multi reference case, use of case analysis, quantitative analysismethods, and strive to tap for X district government investment performance appraisal of theeffective index and operation model, provide a reference for investment appraisal work area X.This thesis try to construct the theory and method, starting from the actual situation andneeds of investment in X District, explore a relatively scientific and reasonable investmentperformance evaluation mechanism, operation in practice and constantly improve and perfect.
