Human resource is the most important resource of an enterprise.The human resources management is the core functiong of enterprise management and operation,it play a more and more vital role.The effective staff Performance Appraisal is an essential link of how to improve the quality and the performance of enterprise human resources.At present,many enterprises noted the importance of staff Performance Appraisal,and started to implement it.However,because the superintendent had some kinds of misunderstanding,and the functional departments lacked the tool and the method in the operation,the result is not so good.This situation makes the the enterprise performance management system to be one of topics which managers most pay attention to.The thesis uses the toll station staff of Guangzhou Communications Investment Group as an object of research and is based on the current status of Performance Appraisal and the author's working experience in this corporation.According to the background about performance evaluation system implementation in Guangzhou Transportation Investment Corporation and the analysis on it,the paper establishs performance evaluation system on key performance indicators and have a deep sight into the indicator systems,evaluation methods and evaluation process.What's more,analyse the difficulties which will encounter during the establishment of each step and the corresponding countermeasure.Finally,the thesis evaluates the improved staff Performance Appraisal system in four aspects.The study of this paper base on the background of actual enterprise,in order to achieve the aim to deeply discuss and resolve the practical problem,strive to provide some instructive ideas to improve the performance evaluation system applying in nowaday enterprises,especially expressway corporations.
