Economic globalization will impact on our business increasingly.State-owned enterpriseswill dominate in the competition,should be carry out the reform of management system.Strengthen the talent competition, Find ways to attract and retain qualified personnel.Therefore,State-owned enterprises should be use the compensation which is the Incentives, to introduce theconcept and method of the compensation.Only the compensation system macthed the enterprisedevelopment practically,at the same time, taking into account their own values, can attract andretain qualified personnel.On the basis of the study competition theory and BS enterprise human resourcemanagement and compensation status, propose ideas of build compensation system Systemicly.In order to ensure the practical operation of the system, rationality and sciencly, firstly,the articleintroduce the compensation management method, research status. Then analyzes the currentsituation of human resource management and payroll system status of the company BS,problems and pay system design ideas. Focuses on the path of BS remuneration systemconstruction, including job analysis methods and tools, responsibility combing, Job evaluation,written job description, performance appraisal and compensation.
