With the rapid development of China ’s economy, as an important part of ournational real estate industry is also developing rapidly. Rapid development isinseparable from the financial sector to support the real estate industry, according toincomplete statistics, real estate development funds from20%-30%of commercialbank loans, it can be said that the development of the real estate industry is built on topof the financial sector support. But with the country ’s deepening economic reform,major financial institutions and credit policies have undergone varying degrees ofchanges that will bring a new challenge to the real estate industry.
