In twenty-first Century China is a critical stage in the transformation fromagricultural society to industrial society and information society, the industrialstructure is faced with the transformation and upgrading of comprehensive, traditionalmanufacturing industry faces enormous challenges and opportunities. Talent is thecore competitiveness of the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, a talent forwar launched in the global scope.F company is in the transition from manufacturing to design large Taiwaneseelectronics manufacturing enterprises, in recent years by the impact of face numeroustalents negative, the massive outstanding talents outflow, the degree of social concernis rising, the talent has become a key problem to restrict the F company’s survival anddevelopment, talents become the managers urgently need to solve the problem. In thispaper, the research results of domestic and foreign talents and brain drain theory andincentive theory are summarized, the main factors affecting the summary of causes oftalent loss, loss theory and incentive theory guidance through the relevant personnel,according to the status of human resource of F company research and analysis,through the analysis of a large number of theoretical and empirical research, from thethe macroscopic angle, microcosmic angle, personal perspective to explore thecompany personnel especially the root causes of losing talents, to tease out the maininfluence factors of brain drain. The fundamental reason for the F’s talent loss,according to the principle of human resource management, puts forward theCountermeasures of talent strategy, a period of adjustment construction occupationdevelopment channel, smooth enhances differential compensation competitiveness,improve the software and hardware environment, the enterprise to strengthen staffcare, promoting the talent localization.Through the analysis on the loss of reason and Countermeasure of F companypersonnel, for all is in the transformation of manufacturing enterprises frommanufacturing to science and technology under the background of human resourcemanagement will provide a useful reference.
