With the coming of 21 century, the human society is progressing into the new age of knowledge. Knowledge economic is the"talent economic", Not matter what competition exists among enterprises, countries and districts; human resource is predominated in the last analysis.Talent is also a capital. Enterprises shall stand on satisfying inner demand from talents, pay respects and provide them with product and service for human resource so as to win their satisfaction and loyalty. The enterprises that can attract, retain, develop and inspire the top talent will be the true winner in market competition.What's the most important for retaining talent is to form a complete set of mechanism in the enterprise. In this paper, five aspects as follows are showed for response measures to the enterprise human resources, including talent recruitment, remuneration system, career management, enterprise culture building and reasonable control of employee flow.MBA thesis always focus on practicality, so as to this paper. the author analyze the topic based on of his working experience, take his company for example, use the above theoretical research, explain the human resources management situation and corresponding countermeasures, at last, give comments on the company's human resources policies avoiding talents loss.
