Along with the steady increasing of Chinese economy, the number of small andmedium-sized enterprises in China soars. But many enterprises fail to reach thedesired development effect. There are a lot of reasons accounting for this, but themain reason is that the management model of many enterprises is backward. Becausethe development of Chinese economy is relatively late and the economicdevelopment model is not perfect, the drawbacks in the management model becomethe development bottlenecks of the enterprise in certain stages. To solve this problem,combining the universal lean management and the development of C pharmaceuticalenterprise, this paper tries to find out an appropriate management model suitable toChinese enterprises.Lean production mode is a supervisor mode first used by Toyota Motor Corp. Itis a kind of production mode of multiple varieties, small batch, high quality and lowwaste. Having been used in many enterprises in different fields, people find thescope of its application is not only limited to the production stage. Throughcontinuous improvement and enrichment, it has become the high-quality andhigh-efficient lean management model of modern enterprises.C pharmaceutical enterprise is a newly founded enterprise. And there are a lotof problems emerging in the initial management, such as: the integration ofgovernment administration with enterprise in the management, the absence of perfectmarket operation and management model, the disorder in research and developmentand production workshop, the overstock of many products due to the massproduction, excessive waste of resources caused by uneven distribution, theemphasis on quantity over quality management during the production, the absence ofcontinuous improvement idea and so on. Facing the increasing competition of themarket, in order to adapt to the economic environment, C pharmaceutical enterprisehires a professional lean management team to formulate the lean management modelfor itself. After the running of lean management model, C pharmaceutical enterprisehas achieved some results. It breaks the original management system, rebuilds a newmanagement model suitable to market development and takes the goal of eradicatingwaste, increasing efficiency and promoting quality as the enterprise objective. Cpharmaceutical enterprise uses6s to reorganize and optimize the research anddevelopment and production workshop, uses the balanced production to refine the product hierarchy and production sharing, and uses the value flow diagram to get thelean process. At last, the lean team and lean time and other activities are used to formthe special management model of C pharmaceutical enterprise.
