| With the continuous development of the society and the improvement of people’s living standards,more and more people will choose to relax and broaden their horizons through travel,which provides a great development prospect for the tourism industry.Meanwhile,the spiritual needs of the people are increasing daily,new and higher requirements are put forward for the diversification,specialization and high-quality development of tourism products.The "14th Five-Year Plan" Tourism Industry Development Plan pointed out that the comprehensive driving function of tourism for national economic and social development has become more prominent.The rapid development of the tourism industry has brought great changes to the domestic economy and society,has also become a powerful driving force for the improvement of comprehensive national strength.In the context of the swift growth in the number of cultural tourism enterprises,competition among the various has increasingly intensified,along with the continuous improvement of the demand for personalized tourism.The development of cultural tourism company “A” also faces problems such as weak core competitiveness and insufficient market expansion channels.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the development strategy of cultural tourism company “A” in the increasingly severe market competition.Based on the theory of enterprise development strategy,this paper researches the development strategy of cultural tourism company “A” by means of field investigation,case study and literature analysis,etc.First of all,grasp the development status and existing problems of cultural tourism company “A”,analyze its internal and external environment through the EFE and IFE matrix models,followed by using the SWOT matrix analysis method to match the internal and external influencing factors to provide reference for the formulation of the final development strategy.Then,according to the principles formulated by the development strategy of cultural tourism company “A”,a QSPM matrix model is built to select a suitable development strategy for cultural tourism company “A”.Finally,it puts forward the relevant guarantee measures for the implementation of the strategy.This study formulates a more detailed development strategy for cultural tourism company “A”,and concludes that building core competitiveness,developing multiple tourism products,and improving internal control systems are the most important aspects of enterprise development.It provides a theoretical basis and practical experience for enterprises to form a better competitive advantage in the market,realize company value,and boost local economic development.At the same time,this research is also expected to provide a reference for enterprises facing the situation similar to that of cultural tourism company “A”. |
