This concept of risk from employment angles, using the flowchart method,questionnaire method, the status of ZDS employment management company to conductfield investigations. Analysis of ZDS’s employment forms, characteristics and employmentstructure, combined with the characteristics of construction industry, to tease out theemployment of separation into a flowchart. Labor management processes according to thecompany, in the entry, working, leaving the risks during the source identification. Entrymanagement aspects of human resources planning major risk exists, the recruitment ofnon-standard behavior of the risks and risk management probationary period. Servicemanagement aspects mainly diversified employment risk, labor contract risks, riskemployees working hours, social security and employment risk management system risk.Leaving the main part of the core staff turnover risks exist, employee service period risksand labor dispute settlement risk. The identified risks are analyzed qualitatively, the humanresources department within the questionnaire survey carried out a preliminary assessmentof each risk. Finally, with the labor laws and regulations and employment characteristics ofa risk for each proposed targeted prevention strategies to help companies improve labormanagement system and avoiding the process there is a risk to avoid losses caused by laborfor the improvement of enterprise management has practical significance.Thesis writing mainly diagnostic research methods, ZDS employment managementcompany identify problems, analyze problems and problem-solving ideas to carry papers.This develop coping strategies can effectively reduce the operational level of theCompany’s employment risks. Meanwhile, the paper labor risk prevention not just stay inthe "anti" stage, also proposed to construct a focus on staff caring "win-win" managementmeasures to establish a true between employees psychological contract, so that employeesin the company happy, conducive to employee development, a fundamental solution to therisk of enterprise and employment strategies. This is the company with the staff "win-win" result.
