Along with the development of society and economy,the labor relation as one of the prominently fundamental elements of social relations has played a key role in influencing the stable process of social development.Due to some relevant phenomena such as“ Insufficient labor” and “ Employment pressure” occur recently,the labor relation has become a heated discussion in current society.Private economy has entered a historical stage in which the relation between labour and wage has been transferred from opposition to cooperation.The evaluation of labour relation is a complicated process,including macroscopic society,economic influence,factors in the operation of microscopic business organizations,the cognition of labourer on jobs and career as well as the quantity and quality of jobs provided.In the labor relation,traditional labour-intensive corporations has become the attention and focus of public opinion,as they refer to a wider range of group and society.The passage intends to carry out a survey and practice of JS Corporation,describing issues aroused and analyzing their causes.It will evaluate labor-intensive private labor relation from such aspects like pay satisfaction,increase of labor productivity and salary,living cost,living transfer cost,trust on employers,personal development as well as term of labor contract.It will not only consider salary,social security,but also take the flexible factors into consideration like the emotional cost,the trust on employers and information accessibility.The evaluation model of labor relation will be formed through the judgement and confirmation of expert group and will be utilized into the assessment of JS Corporation so that it is operable.
