Enterprise Rapid Development Stage Of Entrepreneurship Research

Since the reform and opening,emerged a large number of rapid development ofenterprise in our country.However,many enterprises are faced with crisismanagement,development situation is not ideal.Along with the economic globalization intoday’s world grows ever faster,increased competition,technology by leaps and bounds,riskand uncertainty degree increase,market environment presents unprecedented complexity,moreincrease the difficulty of the enterprise development.So the management scholar’s are beginto study the influencing factors of enterprise rapid development,the entrepreneur is one of thefactors.So,the study of entrepreneurship in corporate rapid development stage,thedevelopment of china’s enterprise and even the entire economic development has importantpractical singificance.The study of entrepreneurship scholars both at home and abroad goes very far back intime,for the enterprise is in recent years in the research of the development of the fast has onlyjust begun,to the enterprise rapid development stage of entrepreneurship research is verylittle.This article attempts to adopt the method of combining the oretical analysis andempirical analysis to study of enterprise stage of rapid development of entrepreneurship.First of all,through the literature review,the predecessor’s achievements of the study ofthe rapid development of enterprises,entreneurs and the concept ofentrepreneurship;Second,using interview method,content analysis and case study method ofthe enterprise in rapid development phase the entrepreneur qualities required,on the basis ofsummarizing and analyzing design questionnaire and research hypotheses air putforward;Again,using spss18.0software including the validity,reliability test,descriptivestatistics analysis,correlation analysis and other statistical analysis,it is concluded that theresults of the study:in the enterprise fast development stage needs entrepreneurscharacteristics are:(1)entrepreneurship personality traits,include:focus,persistence,careful,confident,integrity and thrift;(2)the entrepreneur ability characteristics,include:strategicplanning ability,management ability,learning ability,relationship,avoid risk,opportunity andforesee ability,innovation ability and competitiveness;(3)the entrepreneurialqualities,include:professional dedication and spirit of cooperation.Finally,for example,Mahuateng is analyzed in the stage of the rapid development of tencent shows entrepreneurs and mental qualities and characteristics of personality traits,abilities,to further verify the result ofthe above empirical analysis.
