Research About The Influence Of Entrepreneurship On The Quality Of Regional Economic Development

Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has undergone a leap-forward development process.Its economic aggregates are the second largest in the world.What’s more,it has been called "China’s economic miracle" by all countries in the world.At the same time,China’s economic growth is also changing from high-speed growth to high-quality growth,therefore,promoting the high-quality development of China’s economy is the main task of economic construction,and improving the quality and efficiency of economic growth is an important issue that needs to be solved urgently in our country.Since the concept of entrepreneurship was first put forward,entrepreneurship,as an important factor affecting economic growth,has attracted the attention of a large number of economists,who believe that entrepreneurship plays an important role in the process of economic growth and economic transformation.The main purpose of this thesis is how to play the role of entrepreneurship and how to promote the transformation of economic growth mode by cultivating entrepreneurship,that is,how to promote the transformation of China’s economy to high-quality growth by cultivating entrepreneurship.Therefore,this paper takes the panel data of 30 provinces(except Tibet)in China from 2002 to 2016 as the research object to analyze the impact of entrepreneurship on the quality of regional economic growth.Firstly,the theoretical research on entrepreneurship and the quality of economic growth is carried out,and the theoretical basis of both is analyzed in detail.The theoretical mechanism of the article is put forward,and the core of entrepreneurship is explored.And the entrepreneurship is divided into entrepreneurs’ initiative spirit and entrepreneurship spirit.Secondly,based on the connotation of the quality of economic growth and the five development concepts of China’s future economic development put forward by the Nineteenth National Congress,this paper constructs a comprehensive index to measure the quality of regional economic growth.Then,based on the criteria for the division of regional development level,the provinces in China are divided into high-level development regions and low-level development regions by using K-Means analysis method.Finally,empirical analysis is carried out with static panel model and dynamic panel model.In the construction of the empirical model,the C-D production function is used as the basis of the model to analyzing the differences between entrepreneurs’ initiative spirit and entrepreneurship spirit in short-term and long-term and its influence on the quality of regional economic growth.In the short-term analysis,the fixed effect model is determined by unit root test and individual effect model test,and the robustness test is carried out.In the long-term analysis,the dynamic panel model is constructed by combining the system of generalized method of moment.Finally,through empirical analysis,the following conclusions are drawn: firstly,entrepreneurs’ initiative spirit and entrepreneurship spirit play a driving role in improving the quality of regional economic growth.Secondly,according to the static panel model,the impact of entrepreneurs’ initiative spirit is higher than entrepreneurship spirit both in high-level development region and in low-level development region;thirdly,according to the dynamic panel model,entrepreneurs’ initiative spirit plays a more significant impact on the quality of regional economic growth in high-level development region,however,entrepreneurship spirit plays a more positive effect on the quality of regional economic growth in low-level development region.The policy suggestions are as follows: firstly,narrowing the development gap between entrepreneurs’ initiative spirit and entrepreneurship spirit;secondly,it should attach great importance to the function of education in order to encourage and deepen fostering entrepreneurship;thirdly,analyzing in the aspect of the entrepreneur level,in order to provide a relaxed development environment,the relationship should be clarified between business and government from the perspective of entrepreneur;finally,analyzing in the aspect of the government level.it should encourage the formation of entrepreneurs’ initiative spirit and entrepreneurship spirit by providing certain material incentives,technical support and institutional guarantee,so that it can provide the free development environment.
