The New Rural Community Construction Research Based On The Tourism Real Estate

In the process of social and economic rapid development of our country, the rural social construction is lagging behind, the lack of public service is loom large, after the realization of well-off has been basically completed, the rural residents put forward higher requirements for living conditions, production and living environment. For this reason, in recent years, our country carried out vigorously the new rural community construction, to meet the needs of rural residents, gradually break the urban-rural dual structure, and let them share material and spiritual civilization achievement which is taken by economic development and social progress. At present, the construction of new rural community is ascendant, and has made great achievements, but frankly speaking, some problems still exist. How to solve these problems to promote healthy development of construction of new rural community is one of the important subjects of Chinese new rural construction and new urbanization theoretical research.This thesis is based on the Henan province construction research, the new rural community based on tourist real estate is put forward, it takes full advantage of the natural and human resources in rural areas, tourist real estate as the supporting industry to promote new rural community construction. Besides the introduction,the thesis is divided into four parts:The first part: On the basis of explanation of new rural community construction meaning and characteristic, objectively analyze new rural construction existed current problems, such as the government regardless of the actual situation, the rights and interests of farmers are not fully guaranteed, unreasonable land use during the new rural community construction and basic public service in short supply.The second part: Analyze comprehensively the new rural community base on tourism real estate, explain and evaluate the feasibility of the development of tourist real estate in rural area, the based on tourism real estate new rural community characteristic, and use the typical case- Dong Lin lake community to explain and evaluate this mode.The third part: Analyze especially new rural community land property right problem based on tourist real estate, particularly analyze new rural communityconstruction land problem based on tourist real estate, land transfer strategy and practice, and pointed take the suggestion for those problems.The last part: Put forward practical significance and strong operability of specific strategy for new rural community construction based on tourist real estate, the suggestion of new rural community based on tourist real estate practice is offered.
