The Way To The New Type Of Urbanization Under The Perspective Of Village Community

Urbanization is an important way and an important symbol for human society to the modern civilization. China’s urbanization has made great achievements because of economic and social development, and the number of cities has increased. Urbanization has brought vigor and the power to economic and social development of rural areas. However, that does not mean urbanization is the only way to new urbanization. Chinese social reality determines that it is not realistic to transfer so many rural population in such short time, let the transformation from villages to towns. So, rural community, which plays an important role to the economic and social development of rural areas has significant value to the rural development during the new-type urbanization. There is no doubt that the new urbanization cannot leave the rural community. The construction of rural community from various perspectives has important practical significance to promoting the new type of urbanization.Regardless of the present situation of rural development, the monotony of the urbanization is bound to bring obstacles to rural modernization and new urbanization. The new urbanization will not develop well without rural community. The author has made empirical analysis to the construction situation of rural community in Xishangzhuang Township, Jincheng City, Shanxi Province. Firstly, although village community spirit culture construction has made certain achievements, villagers’ centripetal force has declined. What is more, village affairs management democratization degree increase gradually, but the villagers’ participation is not high. Besides, village community construction is lack of talent and economic foundation and the level of health care and other public infrastructure of village community is quite low. Different historical evolution and the origin of collection make the inherent spirit accumulation, cultural inheritance, system cognitive and living custom different, which leads to different modern development level. It means that China’s new urbanization process can not have a general pattern. Under China’s new urbanization connotation construction of rural community, there are two dimensions: spirit and substance. Specifically, solid construction and development of rural community includes the spirit and culture, management, economic wealth, health education services, sustainable development of low carbon, and many other aspects.
