The development plan of Zhejiang Zhoushan Islands District, theconstruction of an international logistics hub and transit storage and processing of commodities trading center as one of its development strategy. With the implementation of the new development strategy,development of the logistics industry in Zhoushan port has to promote the integration of development, economic security and to explore thesignificance of free trade port construction and promote the development of regional integration.The SWOT of Zhoushan port logistics development from the perspective of the new analysis shows that the development of Zhoushan port logistics has faced bottoming macroeconomic better, Jianghai intermodal center construction in the period of important strategic opportunities, on the other hand, Zhoushan port also existed the port resources, collection and distribution system is not perfect and other issues. Therefore, the development of Zhoushan port logistics, must choose the reversedevelopment strategy for Zhoushan Islands District of port logistics development, overcome weaknesses and constraints, and the disadvantage to advantage, to achieve sound and rapid development of Zhoushan port logistics development.Learn from the experience of foreign typical port logistics development,has provided the beneficial enlightenment to the development of Zhoushan port logistics. In this paper, on the basis of experience,combined with SWOT of Zhoushan port logistics analysis results, from theconstruction of the new national strategy perspective, to study the development of Zhoushan port logistics requirements, put forward the overall train of thought and Countermeasures of the comprehensivedevelopment of Zhoushan port logistics.
