The Reserch Of Zhoushan Port Logistics Based On Government Public Administration

In this paper, after Elaborating the theory of the development of port logistics and public management ,it has a comprehensive analysis of port logistics. through the preliminary study SWOT of Zhoushan logistics,it reveals the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of Zhoushan port logistics, in balance point of view, the overall competitiveness of Zhoushan port logistics is not strong. Through the research, it summarized the main problems of logistics from the current situation ,including the three "no match" and three "low" and three "inadequate", then it has the in-depth analysis and theoretical interpretation of Zhoushan port logistics and other problems, using of an oligopoly market, the regional competition, game theory, asymmetric information theory. At the same time, using of the certain models, the scale of logistics development ofZhoushan Port has been predicted,it is fully demonstrated the development prospects and significance of Zhoushan port logistics.on this basis, in order to promote the development of logistics Harbor, it made a number of policy recommendations, including further clear the Zhoushan port location, strengthen the shipping logistics park and enhance the level of port and shipping logistics information technology and the shipping logistics value chain, accelerate the collection and distribution network construction.
