At present, our country is in the implementation of national innovation driven strategy, and the mass campaign of “public Entrepreneurship and innovation” is vigorous. Under this background, the research of Schumpeter’s technology innovation theory about entrepreneur innovation and pioneering work is very important, which could promote the national innovation and entrepreneurship boom and construct an innovative country.First, according to Schumpeter’s theory of technology innovation, we double stipulated the identity of entrepreneurs, and decide they are both innovators and entrepreneurs. At the same time, we point out the three characteristics of entrepreneurial innovation,and further to describe more about the entrepreneur psychology and ideal personality shaping; secondly, this paper discusses the main contribution of Schumpeter’s theory is that reveals the mysteries of modern western society’s rapid economic development, and expounds the different nature between entrepreneurs and occupation managers, capitalists, inventors.
