Study On Status And Countermeasure Of Chongqing College Students' Doing Pioneering Work On E-commercial

In recent years, e-commercial, drawing support from internet, has developed rapidly and vigorously such as never previously existed. The knowledge economy provides advantages of resources for people who have accepted higher education; the popularity of internet provides advantages of information for college students. In the great mass fervor of founding an undertaking, college students in modern world are becoming the principal force which is full of vigor and vitality.However, to do pioneering work is an undertaking with both fascination and challenge, college students to do practice of electronic commercial affairs needs more support and guide. It is inevitable requisition of time and reality, also the objective need of college students'self-development.This paper based on the view from management, makes a systematic and deep study on the phenomenon of college students'founding an undertaking on e-commercial. This study aims at making investigation in Chongqing to find some problems existed, approaching subjects on these problems in order to find effective way to succeed. Furthermore, among these effective ways, to find mode and strategy which can be used to conduct college students'doing pioneering work, and such mode and strategy also will be the guidance for universities'education practice of starting an undertaking.The first part of this paper reviews the documents both home and abroad about college students'founding an undertaking, analyzes and summarizes their achievements.In the second part, the paper introduces condition about survey among five representative universities in Chongqing, including questionnaire﹑case study as well as special visits, this part summarizes characters﹑influential elements﹑principal ways﹑economic profits and social benefits, such status information of college students′engaging in pioneering work of electronic commercial affairs. Based on the previous parts, this paper sums up effective way of starting an undertaking on internet by college students, meanwhile, summarizes the causes which lead to failure. It also analyzes and classifies the existing problems. At last, this paper provides measures and guiding strategies to be adopted, it is expected to be a decisive reference which is to the point that when college students'doing pioneering work in Chongqing and universities′education on starting undertaking are concerned.The conclusions and suggestion provided in this paper are helpful to realize college students'founding an undertaking and guide universities'education on doing pioneering work, these conclusions and suggestions are meaningful both theoretically and practically.
