The Empirical Research Of Relations To Jiangxi Industrial Structure Change And Development Of New Urbanization

Since the implement of the reform and opening-up policy, China’s increasingly economic growth has contributed to our country’s economy and social structure, especially the development of the middle and small-sized enterprises, which all speed up the pace of adjustment of industrial structure. During this period, non- agricultural industries have obtained a rapid development, while it also accelerate the translation of agricultural surplus-labor from agriculture to non-agriculture and town. In the process of economic development, the space collection of non-agriculture contributes to the production and development of the scale economy and local characteristic economy. It has pointed out that the surroundings of enterprises’ development have gradually improved, the cooperation among companies has come out and the intension of industry chain has improved the development of city and town. For one thing,the development of city and town economizes the expenses of producing and trading. For another, this kind of development has contributed to the improvement of people’s living standard and attracted an increasingly number of person and enterprises to be together in city and town by gradually implementing the infrastructure. The urbanization of development, which is the spatial carrier of the industrial structure, offers the guarantee and motivation for the development of city and town. Then, the development of national economy has been promoted by the coordination between these two factors.The fast development of city and town has contributed to the sustainable development. However, there are always a lot of problems existing to be solved, such as half of the urbanization, the gap between urban and rural areas, the inharmonious development of industry and urbanization, and a lot of urban diseases. These all problems are harmful to the healthy development of urbanization. Based on this kind of situation, the central and local government gradually carry out the new urbanization development plan, which has caught a lot of attention. On the other hand, there are a lot of criticism and concerns in the society, concerning the lack of strength of urbanization.So there is a kind of relationship between the change of industry structure and the new urbanization. Only the between these two things can we improved the sustainable development of the economy and society. The recent research towards the change of industry and new urbanization focus on the research of the relationship between these two factors from the grant attitude. On the other hand, the Chinese economy has a strange situation like the divided development among the eastern, western and central areas. The regional economic progress differences are increasingly large. So the analysis between these two factors should be subdivided into the small areas, which is the most necessary.This essay is based on the research of the relationship between the change of industry and the new urbanization. Firstly, it will deeply analysied the concept of the change of industry and the new urbanization. Secondly, it will pick up some materials and numbers to analyse the change of industry and new urbanization in JiangXi province. Thirdly, according to the VAR model and through inspection and coordination, the analysis between the reason and the result, impulse response to make a deeply analysis towards JiangXi province’s development from 1984 to 2012. The results prove that there are at least two relationship among the urbanization between the whole structure and lifestyle, economy urbanization and the ecologicalization. The cause-and-effect relationship proves that the economic urbanization has a strong effect towards the change of industry structure in short period. In long period, the development of new urbanization, the urbanization of city and town and the urbanization of people has a strong influence on perfecting the structure of industry. The analysis of impulse response proves that the change of industrial structure in ShanXi province has the mutual effect with the new development of city and town. The economic urbanization improves the process of perfecting the industrial structure. People urbanization promotes the development of senior structure of industry. The process of perfecting the industrial structure and the senior economic structure also promote the development of urbanization. The variance decomposition proves that the economic urbanization has a strong influence to the development of new city and town. The economic urbanization contributes more than the perfecting process to the urbanization of new city and town. At last, based on the present situation of the industrial structure and new urbanization in ShanXi province, it gives some relevant suggestions concerning the coordination between these two factors.
