Research On The Financial Support To Development Of Dingxi City Characteristic Agriculture

On the basis of traditional agriculture, Characteristic agriculture is a new mode of agriculture. The burgeoning characteristic agriculture demand for finance should be intensive scale, instead of small traditional economy of “short, small, scattered”, The feature that high investment and high risk of characteristic agriculture, determines its sustained and rapid development must rely on the optimal disposition of financial resources. Dingxi as an agriculture city, the population of agriculture accounts for 80% in the city. With the rapid development of agriculture economy, Characteristic agriculture has become an important pillar industry of local economic development. Relying on the unique resources advantages, it is a modern agriculture that can change farm products of abundant agriculture into featured commodity, at the same time, it is the necessary direction of agriculture development in Dingxi area. Currently,Dingxi has been developed the agricultural industry with Dingxi feature,which through the development road of characteristic agriculture.However, as the western underdeveloped region, the financial market system is relatively backward and the fiscal revenue is limit, which will make it difficult to guarantee funding need of characteristic agriculture development in Dingxi area. A lot of money demand has always been restricted the agricultural development in Dingxi region. Therefore, it is very important significance for Dingxi characteristic agriculture topromote social economy accord development, which researching on how to solve the capital needs of agriculture development in Dingxi through the financial support.On the basis of the present characteristic agriculture situation in Dingxi area, the article focuses on the potato and traditional Chinese medicine, which mainly analyzes the financial supply and demand in Dingxi characteristic agriculture development. This paper argues that there are some problems in financial support of Dingxi characteristic agriculture development, such as a single financial support channels,imperfect financial organization system, lack of financial products and service innovation, lack of agriculture insurance supply. In order to solve the above problem, the paper suggest puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions from perfecting the financial system, stringing the credit product and service innovation, perfecting agriculture insurance system,improving financial services and strong financial industrial, I wish this paper can provide a realistic basis and policy, in order to promote efficiency of financial support on characteristic agriculture in Dingxi area.
