The Benefit Evaluation Reserch On Gas Production Plant N0.4 Fixed Assets Management

As Chinese main oil fields turns into hydro-rich period, there are higher requirements for cost control and stable production. Fixed estate is essential element of oil industry. Improve the fixed estate management and standard could not only increase the production of gas, but also improve the standard of storage and process of the gas. It is also an important mean to promote the competition capacity of the industry and the profit as well. Gas Production Plant N0.4 development started in 2006, after eight years of construction, it has the overall stable gas production period at the end of 2014, it will face decline period. Because it is young, and lack of management experience, its real estate management remains at a comparatively poor physical stage, the benefit evaluation of fixed assets management lacks the corresponding research.This article first analyzes the fixed assets management benefit evaluation of the development of relevant theories and research results both at home and abroad, and on this basis, the fixed assets management of Gas Production Plant N0.4 as the research object, starting from the specific situation of the current management, based on the analysis of the main problems and causes existing in the management under the premise of selecting evaluation index, build benefits evaluation index system, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process(ahp) is adopted to establish the efficiency evaluation model, further to the fourth gas recovery plant study on benefit evaluation of fixed assets management. Finally, according to the result of benefit evaluation analysis of the plant in the fixed assets management problems, and put forward the improvement measures and suggestions, in order to achieve the purpose of improving economic efficiency of enterprises.
