It is important but very difficult to solve these problems of landless peasants, which relates to the development of society and economy and the establishment of a socialist harmonious society in our country. How to reform the existing land requisition system and protect the interests of landless peasants has become the focus of the academic community’s attention.While referring to land acquisition and protection of landless peasants’ rights, some important theoretical and social problems are involved. In the process of land acquisition, things that farmers lose are not only their land, but also a series of rights and interests that associated with land directly or indirectly. Furthermore, Land acquisition also involves a series of social problems related to the vital interests of farmers, such as the basic guaranteeof life, social security, employment security, medical security and the democratic rights guarantee, etc. The causes of these problems not only include defects of China’s current land requisition system, but also relate to China’s long-standing issues of property rights of rural land that failure to resolve, the social security system, social supervision mechanism, the quality of the rural population and the concept of local economic development.he purpose of this study is to understand the range of issues from the current situation of landless peasants and landless bring them to start, combined with the actual situation of land expropriation in Zhangqiu protect the interests of farmers, and analyze the reasons for the land acquisition process harmed the interests of landless peasants, suggestions and countermeasures to further improve the relevant land expropriation system and safeguard measures to protect the interests of landless farmers, promote the integration of urban and rural areas to promote the harmonious development. In the summary of current research methods, based on theory, clear innovation of this study and the existence of deficiencies; then expounded the theoretical basis of land acquisition compensation system, the necessity to improve the analysis of land expropriation.
