China has entered a stage of rapid urbanization, and the development of our economy and the city is inseparable from the strong support of industry. Industrial economy is the internal requirements of the transformation of economic growth mode.It is of the new city of intrinsic motivation.It is the dominant force to promote economic and social development. It is the fundamental way to enhance the competitiveness of the region.Especially during the development of the last decade, all levels of the industrial park make the size of the city and construction of industrial land substantial growth in economic benefits for society at the same time, there have been many urban problems.In this paper, the research object is Daiyue District in Tai’an City. The analysis of the evolution of industrial land distribution and coordination of research and economic development can provide a reference for the selection of industrial land development pattern layout.That can promote the optimal allocation of city resources conducive to maximize the city limited land resources. Then the efficiency of industrial land has been improved,and the development of industrial land can enter into the orbit of sustainable urban development.It has played an important role in promoting and promoting in urban construction.The main findings and conclusions of this paper include:(1) Daiyue area is studied in this page.we can get extraction of information using GIS for land use maps of different periods of industrial land in Daiyue.We can get industrial land distribution, and analysis Daiyue area between 2004-2014 industrial land change.Combined with remote sensing data to conduct field investigations. Daiyue area of industrial land is divided into M1, M2, M3 three industrial sites. Daiyue various types of industrial land distribution is got. Daiyue area between 2004-2013 and Industrial Layout dynamic characteristics is analyzed.(2)The trend of industrial output and GDP is increasing year by year combined Daiyue Statistical Yearbook data, using SPSS, Excel and other statistical analysis software; total industrial building changes in the relationship between output and industrial land exponential model to analyze the evolution of the coupling characteristics of various types of industrial land and economic development, land use change will be three types of industrial relations and economic development decoupling overlay analysis, Daiyue area of industrial land and economic development in the evolution of the relationship can be divided 9 types.(3) Daiyue reasonable type of industrial land can be divide into three categories for the nine kinds of changes in land use and economic development of industrial relations types :(1) a reasonable area of industrial land: M1-M2 expansion expansion negative decoupling negative decoupling- M3 expansion connection, M1 connection-M2 expansion expansion expansion connection-M3 negative decoupling, M1 connection-M2 expansion expansion expansion negative decoupling-M3 negative decoupling, M3 expansion negative decoupling, including congee shop district offices, balance street office, full of village town, north slope of the street set, dawenkou town, Xia Zhang Zhen;(2)A more reasonable industrial land area: M2 connection-M3 expansion expansion connection, M3 expansion connectivity, including angle valley town, Zhu Zhen, Huang before the town, Liang Town, under the Harbor Township;(3) Less reasonable area of industrial land: M1 expansion connection-M2 expansion negative decoupling-M3 weak decoupling, M1-M3 weak decoupling connection--M2 expansion expansion connection, M2 expansion connection-M3 weak decoupling including Long Road town, Kouzhen horse town, village house, of Ma Wan, Fan Zhen, Culai town. Finally, suggestions for rationalizing the layout of the county industrial land according to the findings provide a reference model for the development of industrial land.
