In the stage of high speed urbanization and industrialization, the development of economy relies more and more on constructive land.On the one hand, the consumption of farmland transform into constructive land is increasing year by year, but on the other, the utilization of land resources is still relative rough and the contradiction between people and land is escalating. How to make the constructive land to insure the economic development is becoming the academic focus. Therefore,in the study of the Spatio-temporal evolution regulation of the expansion of constructive land and comprehensive economic development, discussing the coordination relation of them had a very great meaning. This article is based on the actual situation and relative data that from 18 prefecture level cities of Sichuan Province during 2005-2014,analyzed evolution regulation of the expansion intensity of constructive land and comprehensive economic level from spatial and temporal dimension; This article use decoupling model to measure the difference of coordination degree between comprehensive economic and constructive land that on the spatial and temporal level. And use autocorrelation analysis to further discuss the spatial aggregation of the decoupling result. Finally, based on the comprehensive result under decoupling condition, have classified the type areas of the 18 prefecture level cities of Sichuan Province, and have gave some advices. Conclusions are below:(1)The expansion intensity of constructive land of Sichuan Province is showing an approximately tendency that first a slow rise, followed by a rapid rise, then a fluctuant drop.Overall the expansion intensity of constructive is not very strong.Spatially showing that with “Chengdu-Suining” as an east-west direction axis, through which the expansion intensity of constructive land spread to the North and South.(2)The comprehensive economic level is showing a fluctuant tendency in temporal, and the amplitude of variation is tend to gentle, and there is an regional difference between the prefecture cities. In spatial,it also shows that Chengdu as the center to the surrounding gradually reduced, with the exception that Panzhihua has the second highest economic development level, and "Chengdu-Ziyang" as the axis line, the else cities symmetrically distributed on both sides.(3)In the study period, the coefficient of elasticity of decoupling in Sichuan Province were all smaller than 0.40,in a weak decoupling condition. The prefecture cities were in weak decoupling condition,as their coefficient of elasticity of decoupling were mostly smaller than 0.80 with the exception that few regions in individual year deviated. In spatial, the slightly decoupling stages are mostly in the circle with Chengdu as the center. As time goes, the low efficiency use of constructive land was begun to spread to Northeast and South, and the region amplified. It formed a light decoupling stage with the “Guangyuan-Luzhou” as the axis in South-North direction.(4)Decoupling result of Sichuan Province(excluding the three autonomous prefecture and one city)is a positive correlation in 2005,while it turns into a negative spatial autocorrelation in 2009 and 2014,it shows a apparent aggregation. Those include "H-H" type area,"H-L" type area,"L-H" type area and "L-L" type area, but the most obvious is "L-L" type area.(5)According to the different decoupling result, these prefecture cities were classified into weak expansion type, synchronous developing I type, synchronous developing II type, and strong expansion type.Based on different types this article have proposed corresponding advice in management of constructive land and economic development.
