| As the material basis of human existence and social development,the land provides a space carrier for the social and economic activities of human beings.The limitation and scarcity of land resources objectively require people to select reasonable land use methods to achieve intensive,efficient and sustainable land use.At present,with the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization,the interaction between land use transformation and social and economic development is becoming stronger and stronger.The increasingly frequent social and economic activities of human beings have changed the way,structure and spatial distribution of land use..At the same time,the transformation of land use reacts to the social and economic activities of human beings and changes the living and developing environment of human beings.However,because of the rapid expansion of construction land in China,its expansion speed has far exceeded the demand of social and economic development,and the traditional mode of developing and extensive land use has been difficult to sustain.Therefore,the research on the relationship between land use transformation and social and economic development will help improve the potent and efficiency of land use,and promote the overall planning of urban and rural areas,economic stability and sustainable development.With the promotion of national strategies such as "urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River","New urbanization" and "Belt and Road",Hunan Province will become an important region to undertake the population and industrial transfer in China.Based on this,the study takes 122 counties and cities in Hunan Province as the main research objects,and analyzes the space-time evolution characteristics of land use transformation and social and economic development in Hunan Province from 1990 to 2015.Four indexes,including the change of population urbanization level,the change of per capita GDP,the change of the share of GDP in the secondary and tertiary industries and the change of the total amount of social consumer goods per capita,are selected to determine the impact of the change of urban social and economic development on different types of land use change.Then using the canonical correlation analysis method to analyze the socio-economic driving force mechanism of regional land use transformation.Finally,based on the impulse response model and the coupling coordination degree model,the response law and the coupling coordination model and mechanism between land use transformation and social and economic development are discussed.And from different main function regions,the paper puts forward the coordinated mode of land use transformation and social and economic development in different regions and the corresponding policy recommendations.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)This paper systematically reveals the temporal and spatial evolution pattern of land use transformation and social and economic development in Hunan Province in the past 25 yearsFrom the aspect of land use transformation,the intensity of land use transformation in Hunan Province has experienced the "slow-violent-slow" evolution law of inverted "U" type in time series.From the mutual conversion of land use types,it can be seen that agricultural production land and green ecological land are reducing,which mainly transform into industrial production land and urban life land.And the average annual growth rate of industrial production land and urban life land reached 67.92% and 9.60%,which shows that along with the rapid promotion of industrialization and urbanization,the importance of regional grain production function and ecological protection function is gradually reducing.,It provides the main source for industrial production and urban land expansion.In addition,it also illustrates the transition of human experience from highly depending on food production to pursue high quality life.According to the spatial differentiation characteristics of different land use types,the intensity of land use transformation has strong positive correlation with the level of regional social and economic development and the main development goals.From the aspect of social and economic development,with the development of social economy,the level of various social and economic indicators are improved to varying degrees,and the process of population urbanization shows corresponding changes with the population fluctuation growth.In addition,with the decrease in the area of agricultural production land,the output value of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery continues to rise,indicating that people are increasing their financial and technological efforts in agricultural production.Improving the yield of cultivated land per unit area and the value of agricultural products played a great role in promoting the increase of output value of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery industry.(2)A preliminary study on the interaction between Land use Transformation and Social and Economic Development based on Two-way PerspectiveFrom the perspective of the relationship between social economic development and land use transformation,there is a positive correlation between social and economic development and industrial production land and urban living land,and a significant impact on urban living land.But the relationship with agricultural production land and ecological land is not obvious and fluctuating,and with the rural living land except the second and third industry GDP ratio is not significant.And other indicators are more significant and almost have negative impact on social and economic development.It shows that the improvement of social economic level has a significant influence on the increase of urban living land quantity and spatial expansion.From the point of view of the social and economic driving forces of land use transformation,the typical correlation analysis shows that the change rate of population urbanization,the change of GDP,the change of total industrial output value and the change of total grain amount are the social and economic driving forces of regional land use transformation.It shows that urbanization,industrialization,economic growth and policy system are the main driving forces of regional land use transformation.(3)Using impulse response model(PVAR)to further deepen the relationship between Land use Transformation and Social and Economic DevelopmentThe research shows that the regional social and economic development is the main reason to drive the land use transformation,and the reverse effect of the land use transformation on the social and economic development is also very significant.There are significant regional differences in the interaction between land use transformation and social and economic development in different regions.The contradiction between the two systems from strong to weak is agricultural production area > the ecological protection area > the economic development area.In addition,there are significant differences in the contribution of land use types in different regions.In the economic development areas,some land types make the larger contribution,including urban living land transformation,agricultural production land transformation and industrial production land transformation,ecological land and rural living land among above 3 areas.The direction and degree of interaction between different social and economic development indicators and land use transformation are quite different.The increase of urbanization level will have a significant impact on the transformation of rural production and living land,and will have volatility on the transformation of urban living land and industrial production land.Among them,the trend of "negative-positive-negative" change of industrial production land is consistent with the change of industrial level in the achievements of Fang Chuanglin’s urbanization development stage.In feedback,the response of ecological land transformation to the change of urbanization level is more acute;The rapid improvement of economic level will promote the change of agricultural production land first and then restrain.In feedback,agricultural production land and industrial production land not only promote but restrict the economic level.If the industrialization level improves too fast,the pressure of land use transformation will be increased,especially the impact on the speed of urban land conversion is higher than that of other land types.The transformation of agricultural production land and urban living land has not only promoted but also restricted the process of industrialization development.(4)This paper systematically evaluates the process of coupling and coordination between land use transformation and social and economic development system from the three levels of "province,main function-county",and discriminates the coupled and coordinated development modelIn the past 25 years,the comprehensive scores of county land use transformation in Hunan Province showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing,and the spatial distribution was first dispersed and then concentrated,and the spatial heterogeneity was transformed into homogeneity.And the development of Changsha City,Changde City and Yiyang City and other high-value areas promote the coordinated development of surrounding areas;The overall score of urbanization development in Hunan Province showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.Except for the improvement in 2005-2010,the regional differences in other periods were larger,and the synergy ability of urbanization development level was poor.As for the subsystem,the main driving force of the land use transformation level is changing from the transformation pressure to the transformation response and the main driving force of transformation pressure,and the development of social urbanization is the main driving force of the urbanization development level.The coupling and coordination model of land use transformation and urbanization level development has experienced the fluctuating evolution law from never coordinating to coordination and then to uncoordination,and there is no highly coordinated stage.It shows that the contradiction between urbanization and land use transformation in Hunan Province is still prominent.Combined with the integrated coupling and coordination model of the rate of land use transformation,it can be seen that the rate of land use transformation continues to increase,while the level of urbanization slows down after 2010-201.As a result,the intensity of land use transformation in the 12 th Five-Year Plan period is much higher than the demand on the adjustment of land use structure made by social and economic development,and the system of land use transformation and urbanization development develops in an uncoordinated direction.It is urgent to adjust and control the intensity of land use transformation in the future social and economic development,and constantly improve the function structure of land use to adapt to the level and goal of social and economic development in the corresponding period.The intensity of land use transformation is influenced by both the regional economic level and the development goal.Thus,different regions need to establish different coupling and coordinated development models.(1)In the developing economic area,it is mainly to coordinate the expansion speed of urban construction land area and industrial construction land area with population growth,population urbanization level and economic level growth rate.(2)The main agricultural production areas are mainly to coordinate the speed of improving the function of cultivated land use and the speed of social and economic development;(3)Ecological protection areas mainly focus on the coordination of agricultural production,economic construction and ecological environment. |
