Research On The High Position Employment Capacity Of Tourism Management Undergraduate Based On Off-campus Practical Teaching Base Construction

According to World Tourism Organization data, tourism has become the largest industry in the world, and in 2020 s, China will be the largest tourism destination and the fourth tourism exporter in the world.Tourism industry as the pillar industry has put forward higher requirements for this industry practitioners, tourism management major has been designated to juxtapose with commerce management by the Ministry of Education in 2012, which has become an important subject in the management department system. But the key problem which restricts the development of the tourism industry is about the contradiction between talent’s education and talents’ selection. The paper systematically expounds the importance of off-campus practical teaching base as a platform which cultivates tourism management’s high employment capacity, by investigating tourism industry requirements for tourism management graduates and considering the nature of the major. I give the base deeper connotation, which will realize the win-win between university and enterprise and the seamless connection of talents training and enterprises demanding through the reform of practical teaching mode.The research considers the tourism management undergraduates as the research object, and regards the realization of high tourism management’s high position employment capacity as the research target through off-campus practical teaching base’s platform. I mainly adopts the literature data survey, AHP and investigation method in order to get first-hand information and analyze it, and do some research overview about the tourism management graduates’ high position employment capacity in the off-campus practical teaching base. I mainly to solve the following problems: firstly, definite the connotation of high employment, high employment capacity and off-campus practical teaching base;secondly, describe the theory of collaborative innovation,ability standard and the essence of education; finally, propose to build a “collaborative advanced, high employment” mode on the basis of high employment capacity index system, which comes from analyzing in-depth the main problem of tourism management graduates’ high position employment capacity in the off-campus practical teaching base through investigation survey and AHP as the main method, and learning from foreign successful experience. The mode mainly carries on the elaboration from the target system, curriculum system, evaluation system, teachers and other aspects, and finally reach the goal of the tourism management graduates’ high position employment capacity, which is not only conductive to the seamless connection of talents training and enterprises demanding, but also promotes the tourism management major to go a “close industry” road.This paper cultivates tourism management undergraduate’s high employment capacity through off-campus practical teaching base’s platform, and provides new ideas for solving the main contradiction of tourism dislocation of supply and demand, and achieves high employment target of tourism management undergraduates.
