First, substantial improvements in the working conditions for the new migrant workers: strengthens the economic development ; speeding up the process of urbanization and builds the good social atmosphere . Second, fully strengthening the management and employment service: improvent of relevant institutional construction; advancement of government management and services; accelerating the development of rural education; Third, motivating the enterprises'initiative: creating good corporate culture; legally protecting the rights which the new migrant workers deserve; regular job training;Fourth, New Migrant Workers improve the qualities of the new migrant workers in a variety of ways.The sixth part, in the article final conclusion part, has drawn a conclusion: in order to well solve the employment problem of the new migrant workers, every unit should work together actively, including society, public service departments, enterprises and the new migrant workers themselves.
