With the rapid development of China’s tourism industry, the tourism personnel also put forward more and more high demand, tourism talents development need to rely on education supply, education function and the effect is particularly important, therefore, to improve the effect of tourism education, improve the quality of tourism talents become a problem to be solved. Curriculum is the core and foundation of education activities, the tourism education is the key to grasp the course system of correction and improvement of the factors of the education. At the same time, we have seen in many western developed countries, the British higher education quality is famous in the world, tourism education also has obtained certain achievements, by comparing the tourism education in the curriculum system, analysis of the similarities and differences of tourism education curriculum system, from the British tourism gain certain enlightenment education experience, put forward measures of perfecting our country’s tourism management undergraduate education curriculum system, to better promote the tourism development of higher education in our country, to meet the urgent needs of the development of tourism education in our country.Through the six colleges and universities of samples of both Chinese and English comparative study found that in the training objectives, curriculum content, curriculum structure, curriculum implementation, the two countries have different degrees of difference. China’s tourism management undergraduate course focuses on the basic knowledge and theory, basic skills, basic method and ability, students tend to develop to a certain political quality and the comprehensive development of a liberal, the focus on the knowledge, ability, practice and employment aspects to achieve a certain level, train students to be as the international professionals with outstanding professional ability; China’s tourism management professional course total quantity is more, the space of students shall enjoy freedom of choice of course, pay attention to students’ theoretical knowledge is extended, course content repeat, curriculum implementation teaching mainly; British tourism management professional course total quantity is less, students choose their courses less space, but pay attention to students in exploring the depth of theoretical knowledge and practical courses, course content have distinguishing feature, advocating participatory curriculum implementation. The formation of the two different curriculum system has a profound and complex social roots, including both macro policy, social ideology and social groups influence, driving factors and teachers, etc. Therefore, the perfection of China’s tourism management undergraduate education curriculum system should not followThe British model alone, more is not on our country’s negate, but for the British tourism management undergraduate education curriculum system selectively, and advantage in on our country’s tourism talents training target, curriculum structure, curriculum content, curriculum implement appropriate adjustments, on the training goal, adjust training four one of the professional talents; On the curriculum structure, streamlining the course number, optimize the allocation of resources; On the course content, avoid course repeat, highlighting professional characteristics; In the curriculum implementation, the multiple teaching methods, because class according to their aptitude, and the corresponding support system is put forward.
