Residents’ Income Gap Research Of Jiangsu Province

Income gap is an important feature of the present China’s social transition period, it is also a highly social sensitive problem, fair income distribution is related to the vital interests of the people, and it has more relationship between reform, development and stability. At present, the unfair phenomenon in the field of the income distribution has become the source of conflict in various social problems. As is known to all, the income level of people to a certain gap is the inevitable result of the development in market economy, the reasonable range of the income gap could make people more hard work, it is also an important power to create more social value, and strengthen the competitive power of the workers, a major means of maintaining social vitality. The large income gap can influence social members consumer psychology and social psychology, and it is not conducive to the healthy and stable development of social economy and the building of a harmonious society.Therefore, according to the distribution of income gap, the key problem is how to adjust the distribution system and policy timely. As an economy strong province in east China, jiangsu province has experienced the social and economic development by leaps and bounds after the reform and opening up, people’s income level and living standards have improved significantly, at the same time, residents’ income gap widening trend is more and more prominent, whether from the income disparity between urban and rural areas or areas or industry, Jiangsu province residents income distribution problem is a typical represent, it has great research value.In this paper, the innovation point is putting the changes of the income distribution system in our country as the breakthrough point, the locating point is why we should pay more attention to social equity allocation problem.Through analyzing the relationship between the income distribution system and the change of the residents income gap, it considers that the change of the distribution system is in conformity with the trend of the changes in income gap, by analyzing the income gap of residents in Jiangsu province, it finds that the residents’ income gap in Jiangsu province has begun to ease, it is inseparable with the emphasis on paying more attention to fairness and the government’s effective reform measures, and it also demonstrates the effectiveness and forward-looking of the current reform of the income distribution system.The main research idea of this article is: the first part is the analysis of the income distribution system in China, Combing with gini coefficient, it demonstrates the relationship between the changes in the income gap and the change in the income gap and analyzes the necessity and significance of paying more attention to social equality.The second part is a comprehensive analysis from urban,rural and area aspects. It found that residents’ income gap in Jiangsu province has experienced a moderate decline after a slow rise in nearly a decade, it is inseparable with the reform of distribution system.The third part is the theoretical and empirical analysis of the income gap. it establishes the index system and then uses the statistical software SPSS to do the common regression analysis and analyzes the meaning of model. The last part puts forward some targeted and quantitative suggestions, although through the analysis we found that the residents’ income gap in Jiangsu province has begun to slowly closing, but how to deepen the reform of the distribution system still has profound practical significance.
