| Urbanization is an important part of social and economic development, but it is also the inevitable trend of modernization and industrialization, along with the rapid development of China’s urbanization, the demand of land resources for humanity has been increasing day by day, resulting in a large number of cultivated land occupied by construction land. In today’s society, more and more attention to the theory of sustainable development, we must be in urgent development while taking into account the long-term development urbanization and building occupants relationship between cultivated land resources has become a focus of research and hot topic, in order to solve the conflict between urbanization and reduction of arable land resources is increasingly urgent.The data of this paper dates from the 1994-2012 year statistics made by statistics department of Xi’an in Shaanxi Province and the statistics using SPSS software to analyze the correlation between the level of urbanization in Xi’an, urban construction land and arable land. Also by using the software, I have established coordination degree model of urbanization in Xi’an to annalyze whether the coordinated development by Xi’an city level and cultivated land area. Analysis of main factors which caused the decrease of cultivated land area and cultivated land area of specific correlation in Xian city process by using the theory of gray system model, and find out the core driving factors.Finally, using the land use map of 2003 and 2013 in the city of Xi’an area to analysis the urban district of Xi’an City area transfer, the center of gravity of various land types and different types of land area.Summed up the following conclusions:(1)Xi’an’ s urbanization is rising in 1994-2012 years, the urbanization and urban construction land was a significant positive correlation with arable presented negative correlation. In the process of urbanization in different periods, coordination degree of urbanization and arable land are not the same, but in this nineteen-year period, the coordination of the Xian basically assort with and the arable land in the basic and barely carrying within the range.(2)In the years between 1994-2012, the extent of the use of land for construction in the city of Xian is at the moderate using level, at the intensive using of land in the basic state.(3)Urbanization of Xian Natural socio-economic factors have a high correlation with the change of arable land, in particular Secondary industry value and Changes in urban construction land are the core driving power of causing the changes of Arable land.(4)Between 2003-2013, the main city of arable land has been sharply reduced. The decreasing of arable land mainly thanks to the increased construction sites., Especially the main city edge have a large number of cultivated land area flow of construction land The main city of Xian city has been extended from the center to the surrounding land, and owing to the East Metro Symphony building, Chanba ecological parks and other city facilities, the using of the urban lands’center has changed from the northwest. To the north.From the above analysis can be seen in Xian city the land use in the process, there are many problems, such as the construction of Xian city by the supply and demand of cultivated land resources and the contradiction, the land intensive use degree is not high, the optimization of the industrial structure degree is high, so we should put forward the corresponding measures, such as strict control of city population growth, strengthen the planning and management of land, promote the adjustment of industrial structure, the construction of city system and city layout reasonable, make the city coordinated development of land and cultivated land area. |
