At present the problem many enterprise groups are facing is that each member enterprise is independent and intolerance from no matter the management idea, pattern or their respective business module, which will produce the synergistic effect of the enterprise group is not obvious, the resources use efficiency is not high and the construction of the sharing platform is imperfect. At last it will eventually lead to poor management benefit of the whole enterprise group.In the face of such situation, how to give a full play to the superiority of the enterprise group in terms of resources, realize the economic benefits brought about by the strategic synergies, and enhance the overall core competitiveness of the enterprise group, has become an important task to promote the development of enterprise group.We have a new understanding to the internal strategy of the enterprise group through the analysis of synergy theory and the strategic management theory research. The we study the strategy of enterprise group internal coordination to achieve the goal of enterprise group internal strategic synergy through the synergy of the eight key elements. In addition to we build the framework of collaborative implementation landing, security system and index system, and the assessment system of examining the effect of synergy.The feasible internal strategic synergy mechanism of the enterprise group will be able to give a full play to the superiority of the enterprise group in resources, and realize the economic benefits of strategic synergy, enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise group as a whole, and eventually promote the constant development of enterprise group.
