Today, more than 20 years of reform and opening up, together with the global economic integration, Chinese auto industry manufacturing industry plays an important role in the manufacturing industry, the annual production and sales volume has recorded number 1 in the world for six years. As the potential small cities and huge urban markets and the vast majority of rural market, and in the Government work report this year noted that "the promotion of new energy vehicles, control of vehicular exhaust" can show that prospects for the future development of Chinese auto industry.Chinese auto manufacturing industry has many factions and geographic division, for example, the division German brand, the United States brand, France brand, Japanese brand, and South Korea brand, as well as Chinese local brands, Competition is fierce, besides the competition of product prices and product technology, quality of the competition, and the most important competition is the competition of alliances. There are many alliances in the auto industry, vertical alliance of car companies and parts of companies, there are also horizontal between Chinese and foreign auto industry companies Union, Union of parts enterprises at home and abroad, Now Union Network crisis-crossing the automotive parts industry, How to select Alliance partner? How to build alliance partnerships? In this paper, these two problems are discussed.On the basis of relevant literature review, this article, analysis of today’s automotive manufacturing industry alliance partnership, combining my work for auto industry parts enterprises of actual cases as samples, analysis concludes:In today’s auto manufacturing industry in China, part companies choose new coalition partners need from the support and fit two major aspects to consider, which support included enterprise capabilities and alliances the network ability to provide support, matching key matches including mutual complementarity of resources, knowledge, relationships, interactions, strategic compatibility, system integration etc. After you select a partner, alliance-building partnerships requires choosing the right Union cooperation, agreed relatively complete Union. After establishing the Alliance partnership, maintaining management alliances on both sides you need to win as a fundamental.
