The history of waterfowl breeding in China is long, from the absolute amount of breeding, duck accounted for about 70% of the world and goose account for about 90% of the world. Waterfowl industry is the important part of the the animal husbandry, the waterfowl products have the characteristics of high nutritional value, consumers like it very much, and the demand of the market is so big Waterfowl industry output value of the larger proportion in the whole animal husbandry, breeding waterfowl is a good way to rich for most farmers. The main object of this article is the Magang goose in Magang town Jiangmen City, with the reform and opening up in China, the development of goose industry Magang town quickly, become the Guangdong four famous goose head, meanwhile the local characteristics of agricultural products brand became the famous brand of agricultural products in 50 in Guangdong Province. By early 2014, the goose quantity of amount of livestock on hand only about 200000, with an annual output of about4200000 only goose seedling, Magang geese slaughter volume reached about 3000000, about half of the total, the annual production value of nearly 120000000 yuan is the half of the total output value of agriculture around the town, but also has the important status in Kaiping city in agricultural economy.The article is based on Magang goose households for the survey, using literature review method and survey research method, through the investigation of Magang goose raising households,we can understand the current status of Magang goose industry 、 the existing problems at present, meanwhile, we introduce the influencing factors on industrial development in Magang geese, the four aspects: quality, technology, organization and the price, the four aspects of quality, technology,organization and the degree of price is very important for the development of Magang goose industry, and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to further promote the development of goose industry Ma Gang.it has a certain practical significance. On the systematic study of Magang goose industry,we suggest the government to improve the competitiveness of the industry through macro control and policy support, to provide decision-making basis forgovernment to formulate policies and regulations related to waterfowl, it has important policy implications.
