Study On Logistics Mode Of Waterfowl Products From Perspective Of Industrial Chain

Waterfowl products (mainly refers to the duck product, goose products) are traditional high quality protein foods in China, especially duck products are favored by a vast number of consumers. Development of waterfowl product logistics can not only contribute to the value and using value of waterfowl products, but also can make the waterfowl products add value, reduce current cost.The industrialization mode of waterfowl breeding base as the basis, waterfowl processing enterprises as a leader appeared in succession, fully extended waterfowl industry chain, effectively solved the problems of waterfowl industry between production and marketing, but the pattern of industrialization bibcock enterprise put forward higher request to the logistics development level, and the current level of logistics became restriction point of the industry chain development.In the industrial chain of enterprises as the leading, waterfowl enterprise is the main executive body of waterfowl product logistics, logistics operating level of waterfowl enterprise is direct influence factor of waterfowl product logistics operation efficiency, the research of waterfowl product logistics should put waterfowl enterprise as the research object, waterfowl enterprise how to choose the optimal logistics mode scientifically and correctly is an urgent task to promote efficiency of waterfowl industry chain and develop waterfowl product logistics.The paper was based on four theories:the logistics of agricultural products, industrial chain and the supply chain theory, transaction cost theory and the third party logistics theory, chose a case of Liuhe Group in Shandong province which had waterfowl industry chain, and research contents included waterfowl industry chain of Liuhe Group, waterfowl products logistics and logistics mode selection of Liuhe Group. The paper summarized waterfowl industry chain of Liuhe Group and its contribution, analyzed strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats of waterfowl product logistics of Liuhe Group, identified the impact of factors in the choice of logistics mode, constructed evaluation indexes of logistics mode selection, selected and optimized logistics mode of Liuhe Group using decision-making process method and analytic hierarchy process, and put forward to countermeasures and suggestions to promote the optimization mode.The possible innovation was reflected in the following two aspects:The first one was the research perspective and object, The paper studied on waterfowl products logistics mode based on the perspective of industry chain, and selected the large waterfowl leading enterprise as the object of study; the second one was the research methods and conclusions, The paper selected and optimized logistics mode of Liuhe Group using decision-making process method and analytic hierarchy process, come to the same conclusion:the optimal mode was third party logistics mode.
