Research On Cooperative Behavior Of The Stakeholders At The END Of Project

At the end of the project construction period, because the project main body work is over, sense of responsibility of project team members (stakeholders) becomes weaker, and they start perfunctory; some teams even escape from work, the staff leave earlier, and these phenomena can affect the smooth end of the construction project. The end of the period of construction projects of all project team members also is particularly important to study the cooperative behavior.Different from other related articles for project team members of cooperative behavior research, this paper mainly on the study of project team members’cooperation, on the basis of choosing the end phase of the construction project during the same period, we choose the team members cooperation as the research object. At the end of the period of construction project, what the project team focus and the difficulty of cooperation is, including a summary on the problems arising from the analysis of factors affecting the formation of cooperation project end period, and the construction unit between the contractors and organization structure, management model and incentive mechanism are analyzed, according to the characteristics of the project construction period end project team, build end phase of the construction project of evolutionary game model of team cooperation, to explore what kind of incentives or management mode is conducive to the cooperation between the project team members.This article mainly from two dimensions to study the project team stakeholders’ cooperation behavior in end stage:(1) Study the cooperative behavior between the owner and the contractors at the end of the project construction, constructed the evolutionary game model of cooperative behavior, analyzes the end of the construction phase of the construction unit and the reasons for the contractors do not take the cooperation behavior, and both sides attach importance to the premise condition of cooperative behavior, finally combined with the simulation analysis of actual case, proves that the relevant measures to promote the construction unit and the contractors period at the end of the project attaches great importance to the effectiveness of cooperative behavior.(2) Study the cooperative behavior between various contractors at the end of the project construction, considering to reward team members cooperation, build the project cooperate with construction unit in the end of the period ending work unit selection all involved in the construction of the hard work is the behavior of the evolutionary game model, and carries on the analysis and research, the end of project construction period is obtained using measures such as to reward the cooperation is practical and effective.
